Returns & refunds

Changed your mind or received the wrong item? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund or exchange.

1. Open a return request from your account or by contacting support.
2. Pack the item with all original accessories and packaging.
3. Hand it to our pickup rider, or drop it at the nearest collection point.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet.
