These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Shop Weaves LLC ("Shop Weaves", "we", "us" or "our"). By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to be bound by them. Please read them alongside our Privacy policy, Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds pages, which form part of these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be placing an order under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use this site and to enter into a purchase with us. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the payment method supplied.
2. Products, pricing & availability
We try to describe and price every product as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colours or other content are error-free. Prices, offers and stock availability are shown at the time of ordering and may change without notice before an order is confirmed. If a product's price or description was listed incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
3. Orders & acceptance
Adding an item to your cart is not an offer or a confirmed sale. Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order (for example, by email or on the confirmation page); until then, no obligation exists on either side. We reserve the right to refuse, limit the quantity of, or cancel any order — including after confirmation — in the event of a pricing error, stock shortage, shipping restriction, or suspected fraud or abuse. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the full amount paid within a reasonable time.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cash on delivery and major debit/credit cards. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method. Card payments are processed over an encrypted connection; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
5. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery times, charges and coverage are set out on our Shipping & delivery page. Your rights to return an item, request an exchange, or receive a refund are set out on our Returns & refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you may have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Accounts, reviews & user content
Some features, such as posting a product review, are only available to customers who have completed a purchase. You are responsible for any content you submit (including reviews) and confirm it is honest, your own, and not unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on anyone's rights. We may remove or decline to publish content that breaches these terms at our discretion.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop Weaves LLC disclaims all warranties not expressly stated on this site, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a product purchased through it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your place of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. The current version will always be published on this page; continued use of the site after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms. Changes will not affect orders placed before the update took effect.
